If you find an error in your background or credit report, or you're simply interested in the information contained in your report, the Fair Credit Reporting Act gives you certain rights. Among other things, the law allows you to (1) obtain a copy of your file from the background reporting agency and (2) dispute any information contained in the report that you believe to be inaccurate.  For additional details, please see the individual pages on your specific rights.

If you have questions about your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, please contact the FCRA attorneys at The Weiner Law Firm LLC.
